DaVinci to depend on Moore

Trying to see what happens if DaVinci depends on Moore, following a BBQ discussion with @dfazzini . Implements Rec#353 (closed) option 2.

The follow-up MR removing duplications between DaVinci and Moore is !700 (merged).
