Rich1 fix some mirror overlaps

This has a few minor overlap fixes and geometry updates in Rich1.These updates are same as that in MR !390 (closed), but without the Mirror survey values. In this version, the original nominal positions and orientations of Rich1 mirrors are kept. This is useful for running the simulation program while waiting for MR!390. It has no effect on reconstruction.

Recent updates in Detector has a side effect that the geoDisplay of Rich1_debug.xml and Rich2_debug.xml do not show any of these individual detectors alone, for any potential detailed viewing and debugging. This update fixes that issue also. In order to pass the checksums the before-rich1-geom-update-26052022 is also updated so that it is compatible with trunk area for Rich1 and Rich2.
