Fix beampipe z axis position

And we observed a significant mismatch between the beampipe and supports in the z-direction, see image

-solution To address this issue, we introduced a global z-position adjustment. This is how it looks now 4a8be735cb5461892fd326cadb0838b

Hope this can address the current beampipe issue, next will try to fix the collars and cables which are in incorrect position. Go with Gauss!1055 (merged)
