version for the Pipe and Infrastructure

changes:

  • Version for the Pipe, Pipe should be the same during the run3
  • Move VMA to Pipe directory
  • Move Infrastructure in components and version

Go in with Gauss!1066 (merged)

Note After this merge request, need to extract the materials part from common, then version materials or common. #59 is created to track this task.
