Draft: RICH designs for RUN5 from May06-2024

This contains some of the options for RICH in RUN5. At present three options are considered, and they correspond to the three geometry versions in the RICH areas of this branch. In the compact/components area they are labelled as Rich_Run5_v3, Rich_Run5_v4, Rich_Run5_v4. In the compact/run5/Rich area these correspond to v3/trunk, v4/trunk and v5/trunk areas respectively, following recent discussions. In the future there may be more such options, in order to be able to compare different designs of the RICH system. At present the Rich_Run5_v3 and Rich_Run5_v4 are configured with SiPM. The Rich_Run5_v3 has also a version of the modified optics for RICH1. Rich_Run5_v5 is intended to provide support for TORCH studies. As of May06-2024, this MR includes all the updates in Detector MR !477 for the RUN3 configurations. Hence this MR can be merged after MR !477 for all the aspects related to RICH.
