clean, refactor and version common directory

Changes:

  • remove unused global/positions.xml
  • move PipeGeomParams.xml and PipebeforeMagGeomParams.xml from common directory to Pipe directory
  • refactor definitions part from common.xml
  • refactor Regions from common.xml
  • refactor materials parts, close #59 (closed)

work with Gauss!1093 (merged)

Questions & Following

  • is the debug directory needed for the released version? Even for the trunk version, it looks like the checks are only happening for run3. #66 (closed)
  • need to refactor the parts of the material in all sub-detectors for better organization.
  • files under the 'pipe' directory need better organization as well, may we can also try to fix the beampipe support position issue at the same time
