Updates to MP geometry

MP_GeomUpdate into lcg-105-compat

This MR groups the changes we have been working on for the Mighty Tracker geometry. This includes the implementation of supports and services, the switch from 'placeholder' silicon sheets to actual chips, and implementation of a flag for switching between different geometry costing scenarios. This supersedes !654 (closed) as it is based off of an up to date master.
