Use EvtGen option to suppress external warnings

Addresses #23

  • Removes need to patch EvtGen source
  • It picks up new EvtGen tag R02-01-01 with some relevant improvements. The changes do change physics in places, but we did not use any of those yet, so we do not have to change Sim10 version.
