Adapt Lamarr to changes in LHCb > v53r1

Merge request collecting developments of Lamarr for simulation versions beyond Sim10.

This MR supersedes !789 (closed) which with broken commit history.

It follows changes introduced in LHCb!3282 (merged) in CaloDet code and in LHCb!3299 (merged) in Track types with version.
