[Futurev5] Skip lokigen0.qmt test

Michal Mazurek requested to merge mimazure-skip-lokigen-test into Futurev5

lokigen0.txt test is always failing, but it is not yet known how to fix this. The discussion on how to fix this has been triggered in the !686 (merged). Since this is the only test failing, I suggest that we temporarily skip it, so that the Gauss(-on-Gaussino) tests are green.

The issue #56 has been created in order not to forget about activating it back.
