Add Hlt2ExternalStage for SharedSecondaryLambdaDD used in Hlt2PIDOmega2LambdaKDDD

As noticed in !262 (merged) an Hlt2ExternalStage was missing in the import of CharmHadSharedSecondaryLambdaDD. It has been added and the specific settings removed accordingly. They are now picked up directly from the CharmHad settings.
