Update of neutral PID tools

Update of CaloHypo DataTypes and ProtoParticle additionalInfo corresponding to the new photon PID algorithms implemented in Rec!2497 (merged) (and Moore!942 (merged)). Clean up of obsolet Spd/Prs variables as well.
