Remove getDet in CaloFutureElectron

This MR removes the usage of getDet in CaloFutureElectron and makes corresponding modifications in CaloFutureECorrection, as described in issue of Rec Issue388.

This MR needs to be tested in the same time with the MR in Rec MR3094 in Rec
