Draft: Add DetElement shortcuts in DetDesc to match DD4hep

  • sensorType required by any monitoring algorithm which requires the UT sensor type information. Already provided on DD4hep side here.
  • channelID as already provided on the DD4hep side such as here. In DetDesc, it is called elementID, so add a shortcut to that.
