Set explicitly geometry and conditions version

Merged Marco Clemencic requested to merge 4-fix-options-for-dd4hep into master

This is a follow up on LHCb!3946 (merged) that should fix the first problem in #4.

I do not know if the tests will pass after the fix to the configuration, but should be merged nonetheless.
