Update the expected values of tuple for NeutralPID (LHCb!4097 (merged)). Differences are due to optimised packing precision for some variables (previously in additionalInfo it was double even when this level of precision was not reasonable).

Needs LHCb!4097 (merged) and !53 (merged) (the latter is currently merged into this branch).
