Centralise definition of particle masses
Selections now no longer use ADAMASS-like functors (see #289) that access the particle property service and often hard-code the masses of particles in many many places so that they can implement symmetric mass windows in cuts. The charm WG have centralised things in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/master/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/python/Hlt2Conf/lines/charm/particle_properties.py and some masses had to be added to DaVinci in DaVinci!754 (merged), see comment DaVinci!754 (comment 6024627).
It would be desirable to have these masses aligned across all software. It's hardly going to matter for data, but when running on MC strange things can happen if one tries to mass-constrain a particle to a different mass. IMHO the masses (and lifetimes) used in Gauss should be used, and fixed there if they diverge from the PDG average.
I open this in Moore as the issue should be handled centrally.
