Fix test_hlt2_thor_selections test in v3 platforms.

Adjust selection to make success condition more stable.

test_hlt2_thor_selections.qmt was failing only in the v3 platform because of a small difference w.r.t. the other platforms (and because the cut was too loose for the success condition in the test validator).

"Issue" appeared with Rec!2612 (merged)
