standard particles: Remove ProbNN, GhostProb cuts. Fix decaydescriptor clones and PID cut issue.

Goes with DaVinci!866 (merged)

  • Remove ProbNN cuts, as ProbNN is yet to be calibrated.
  • Remove CC in symmetric dimuon and dielectron decay descriptors because it is building duplicates. (spotted by Marteen)
  • Fix ambiguity in code: in some standard particles builders/filters PID cuts on electrons and muons were not being applied in the particular case they are set to be 0. Thanks @rmwillia for spotting the problem
  • (?) Propagate effect to builders affected (mainly in RD but also in lines/qee/DielectronNoIP_PersistPhotons.py and lines/Bs2JpsiPhi.py)

moved to a different MR:

  • (not done here) Remove ghostProb cuts, as ghostProb is yet to be calibrated. -> !2161 (merged)
