[QEE] Persistreco=True for EW precision sprucing lines

Aiming for whatever is the next sprucing campaign

Added persistreco=True to the following lines:
SpruceQEE_ZToMuMu,
SpruceQEE_ZToMuMu_SingleNoMuID,
SpruceQEE_ZToMuMu_DoubleNoMuID,
SpruceQEE_DiMuonSameSign,
SpruceQEE_SingleHighPtMuon,
SpruceQEE_SingleHighPtMuonPrescale,
SpruceQEE_SingleHighPtMuonIso,
SpruceQEE_SingleHighPtMuonNoMuID.
SpruceQEE_ZToEE.
SpruceQEE_DiElectronSameSign.

This is necessary for offline steps such as veto-ing Z candidates within the W signal.

The rates of these lines are relatively small but I'd like to see the increase in avgevtsize and therefore BW from these changes.
To see the BW increase across so many lines I suggest using the PR/Moore_spruce_bandwidth tag when ci-testing (added).

With Rec#516 now closed we should be able to finish this MR.

ToDo:

  • Add to electron lines too.
  • See if we can now remove the isolation extra_outputs on these lines.
