B2OC: selection updates for Spruce_EoY23

Alessandro Bertolin requested to merge b2oc_upgrade_spruce into master

summary of changes includes:

  • SDOCA < 0.2 mm (was 0.5) in the B2OC 2- and 3-body builder
  • SDOCA < 0.25 mm (was 0.5) in the B2OC 4-body builder
  • add Hlt2 PID cuts on the Spruce lines of the follwoing builders: b_do_ddh.py b_to_ddhh.py b_to_dhh.py b_to_dhhh.py bbaryon_to_cbaryon_dhh.py bbaryon_to_lightbaryon_dd.py bbaryon_to_lightbaryon_ddh.py
  • a fix to the standard particles phi builder that will be removed once !2612 (merged) will be merged
  • retention reduction in b_to_ddh_standalone.py due to improved selections
  • new Spruce lines from !2579 (merged)
