Removing deprecated HltLine

Many groups are creating their HLT2 lines using HltLine instead of more proper Hlt2Line. This MR simply replaces HltLine by Hlt2Line where applicable. HltLine itself is deprecated and was supposed to be removed quite some time ago, for details see #239 (closed).
