HltEfficiencyChecker docs update for MooreAnalysis!134
Goes with MooreAnalysis!134 (merged)
- Add note to tell users of HltEfficiencyChecker about whether they need to ask for old-style CALO raw banks or an old muon decoding version, as discussed in MooreAnalysis#44 (closed). Also aligns the example options files with the tested ones as changed in MooreAnalysis!134 (merged).
- Add note to tell users not to run HltEfficiencyChecker for more than O(100) lines, and points them instead to the UpgradeRateTest. Closes MooreAnalysis#33 (closed).
- A couple of lines of cleanup at the end as well.
I've checked that the docs build correctly with these changes.
