Draft: Added flagging option based on setting pre/post scales to 1.
Port flagging (implemented for 2023 realistic simulation 41de38e1 ) to master.
Reminder: flagging is currently implemented based on removing all pre/post scales and therefore relies on the Passthrough line to be present in the sequence. A more robust solution should be put in place in the future.
