SL: Tuning of charm builder

Gary Robertson requested to merge SLB-builder-tuning into 2024-patches

Tightened the PID cuts for the Omegac, Xic0 and Xic+ builders to reduce the number of multiple candidates to a reasonable number under the limit of 2,000 per event.

Other builders are also being worked on in !3305 (merged)
