Update FT options

Claire Prouve requested to merge Claire_ftoptions_2024 into 2024-patches

update the ft options file so the functions can be called from DaVinci

rename functions to clarify these are Run 2 selections

remove duplicate functions

test together with LHCb!4533 (merged) and Rec!3799 (merged) DaVinci!1048 (merged) LHCbIntegrationTests!69 (merged)
