TrackEff Electron line - Reduce PIDe cut to increase electron statistics and align with muonic cut.
Reduce PIDe cut on the tagging electron (from PIDe>5 to PIDe>1) to:
- increase the electron statistics needed to get a precise measurement of the electron tracking efficiencies (should not affect too much the rate that was already very low: 0.02kHz). This line is the only Run 3 line dedicated to measuring electron tracking efficiencies.
- Align with PIDmu>1 cut on the corresponding muonic line (see https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Moore/-/blob/master/Hlt/Hlt2Conf/python/Hlt2Conf/lines/trackeff/Velo2Long_B2JpsiK_MuonProbe.py#L157)
- Align with the RD lines (for instance B->Kee) that also have a cut PIDe>1.0.
This MR changes the electron line rate from 0.02kHz to 0.03kHz and the muon line rate stays the same at 0.06kHz.
