[RTA/DPA BW tests]: Use recent real data by default in bandwidth tests

Goes with lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!433 (merged), lhcb-core/LHCbPR2HD!300 (merged) and lhcb-core/LHCbNightlyConf!1254 (merged).

These MRs make the bandwidth tests runs happily on data as well as simulation - here we provide the simulation flag in the options.

We then take the step of using new, recently-recorded HLT1-filtered data at mu=4.3 by default in the bandwidth tests. The LHCbNightlyConf MR is then required to switch platform to a DD4HEP platform to run on the data.

TODO:

  • LHCbNightlyConf MR to change platform to DD4HEP
  • qmtest will have to move platform as well
