Extending B mass in muon channel to 3.5 GeV for signal lines
Purpose
This MR is meant to extend the mass window of four HLT lines targeting the muon mode up to 3.5 GeV from 4.5 GeV. This is needed to carry out background studies in the high-q2 bin. It was meant to enter in !3447 (merged) .
This MR does not depend on any other MR.

The BW of the RD lines change from 269.5MB/s to 273.9MB/s (+4MB/s)
