[Charm] Fixes and more tuning for hyperons

  • Fixes the Hlt2Charm_LcpToL0PimPipPip lines to give the exact same output as before
  • Removes line with long Sigma+
  • Tune lines that had still rates above expectation

With the same setup as in !3688 (merged), the retention is 0.200 % for the entire module (in !3688 (merged) the retention was 0.226 %, and in 2024-patches it's 0.630 %)
