This MR targets some more correlation histograms requested by IFT:

  • nFTClusters vs ghostProb (Profile) - in the TrackMonitor class
  • ECAL energy vs nVELO tracks - in a new monitor class
  • ECAL energy vs nLong tracks - in a new monitor class

Goes together with Rec!4124
