New Monitors requested from PbPb

This MR targets some more correlation histograms requested by IFT:

  • nFTClusters vs ghostProb (Profile) - moved to a new TrackCorrelationsMonitor class
  • moved all track extrapolations to the VELOEnd, UT and SciFi also to the new TrackCorrelationsMonitor to make the TrackMonitor class a bit lighter
  • ECAL energy vs nVELO tracks - in a new MonitorTrackECALCorrelations class
  • ECAL energy vs nLong tracks - in a new MonitorTrackECALCorrelations class

Goes together with Rec!4124 (merged) LHCbIntegrationTests!99 (merged) DaVinci!1238 (merged)
