Improve HLT2 selections for D0->KsKs decays
The rate of the d0_to_ksks.py module is reduced by:
- applying a TOS requirement on HLT1 lines
- removing the "loose" version of each line
- tightening the requirement of the vertex chi2 for the UL Ks
The prescale for DDDD and DDLD lines is removed. The downstream TOS filter is written assuming that the lines defined in Allen!1891 (merged) will be included in data-taking.
With this MR, the rate of the d0_to_ksks.py is reduced from ~800 Hz to ~65 Hz (rate estimated using the hlt2_snippet https://gitlab.cern.ch/-/snippets/3396 )
