Draft: Electron and muons with a pT threshold are persisted in dielectron lines

After discussion in !4569 (closed), I have prepared this merge request to !4563 (merged). Electron and muon with PT>5 GeV containers are persisted in dielectron turbo lines. The PT cut has been included to reduce the BW. According to my private test there is an increase of 0.5% of the QEE turbo BW, therefore it should be sustainable.
