Duplicate correlation plots for Monet

Correlation plots will now have a coarse Y range (mostly for PbPb) and a fine Y range (mostly for pp).

Addresses one of the issues in RecoMon consolidation MooreOnline#90

Not requires but ideally goes with Rec!4309 (merged) that addresses the other part of the same RecoMon issue.
