Adjust Y range and binning for monitoring correlation plots
Corrects a set of ranges of Y axis for pp & PbPb monitoring correlation plots.
Changes the binning from 400x400 to 100x100.
Linked to one of the issues in RecoMon consolidation MooreOnline#90
Ideally goes with Moore!4654 (merged) that addresses the other part of the same RecoMon issue.
Ex. plot with adjusted range (10000 -> 25000) and log scale (NOT default):
