Adding CALO raw banks to electron lines

Description

This MR is meant to add CALO raw banks to the MVA turbo lines from the btoxll topology, which have electrons in the final state.

Bandwidths

The tests processed 568K events, the input rate is 1.29 MHz, therefore a scale factor of 2.2 is expected on top of the compressed size. The tests were ran over all the lines in the RD group. The file sizes are:
