Reduce rates for radiative lines and add CALO raw banks

The rates for the hhgamma lines exploded after changes to the neutral classification !4426 (merged) . This MR aims to reduce these rates to acceptable levels by tightening the IPCHI2 cuts on the hadrons and by removing the KstGamma and PhiGamma lines (which have been made obsolete by the inclusion of FT information in the wide-window lines coupled with the need for tighter IPCHI2 cuts)

I also add the CALO raw banks as we already discussed would be useful to the radiative/b2xll lines

Test on 100K MB with all projects up-to-date (i.e. all existing improvements in neutral reconstruction, downstream tracking, etc included)
