Remaining fixes for bandq 2025 operation

This MR collects a few remaining developments (issues listed in #949 ) for bandq selection lines for 2025 data-taking.

It includes:

  • Tightening photon PT cut.
  • Tuning of SameSign dimuon lines. Tighter PID and/or PT selection, add c.c. to enable the mu- mu- combination, tighter the prescale factors.
  • Bug fix for DoubleCharmSpectroscopy sprucing.
  • Fix some name convention issues.
  • Manually define the stream of the sprucing lines
  • [To be added by !4762 (merged)]: stream splitting for new turbo lines
