B2OC: code updates for the August 2025 TS

• realign selections in make_BcToD0K_D0ToHHHHWS to the corresponding make_BcToD0K_D0ToHHHH, see !5156 (merged)
• new lines selecting B -> D0[Kpi] Eta(')[PiPiG(G)] decays, see !5145 (merged)
• throughput improvements in B2OC, mainly in b2chh and b2chhh, see !5161 (merged)
• fix charge sign in XibmToXic0D0K_Xic0ToPKKPi, see !5172 (merged)
• tune cuts for D0ToKsPi0 and add CALO options in line builder, see !5179 (merged)
