BnoC Sprucing updates ahead of 2025 EoY Resprucing campaign

This merge request collects individual updates to Sprucing lines for BnoC in preparation for the 2025 EoY Resprucing campaign.

• !5349 (merged): Add isovars of butohhh sprucing lines for 2024 and 2025 resprucing.
  • Adds Bu->K+K+K-, Bu->ppK+, B0(s)->pppp, B0(s)->pp lines to sprucing with isolation variables saved.
  • Total bandwidth of the four lines: 0.403187 MB/s
• !5440 (merged): Add new line XibmToLb0Pim
  • Adds Xi_b- -> Lb(-> p pi-) pi-, Xi_b- -> Lb(-> p K-) pi- lines to sprucing with isolation variables saved.
  • Total bandwidth of the two lines: 0.25241 MB/s
