HLT2 configuration for PbPb 2025 runs

Fully based on hlt2 2024 configuration for PbPb

Main change with respect to 2024:

• Global event cut -> from 30000 to 40000 SciFi Hits

Changes:

• New track ghost probability using the 2025 pp models (lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!161 (merged)). Tighter cut on ghostprob 0.25 -> 0.20
• Addition of PbSMOG UPC line (!5274 (merged))
• Use new probnn weights from lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!165 (merged)
