ParticleGun for Moore [2024-patches]

Use RecVertex directly from the simulation instead of running pv reconstruction, same for Allen. Both for hlt1 and hlt2, input_process=PGun should be specified.

Fully based on (with small updates) work by @sesen at !3657 and related.
