Add calo efficiency tests using light_reco tracking configuration

  • add hlt2_light_reco_calo_efficiency test to check ECAL efficiencies when using the light_reco configuration of the tracking. In particular, the usage of non-fitted seed tracks in the calo-track matching is tested here.
  • change hlt2_reco_calo_selectivematching to use light_reco tracking configuration.

The corresponding references have been added/updated but further updates might still be needed after the integration tests and for non-default platforms.
