Follow renaming of allen_gaudi_node in Allen!1129

Fixes the MooreAnalysis tests for DD4HEP builds. Also, while here, removes binding of FT decoding version as this configuration option no longer does anything (see dicussion below).

Depends on Allen!1129 (merged) and Moore!2129 (merged)
