Draft: Update FTMon

Hendrik Jage requested to merge hjage_sfmon_2024 into master

This MR updates the SciFi cluster monitoring option file ft.py (used in FTMon) to its latest version, i.e. the one used in the final days of 2024 data taking.

These changes include:

  • ion run specific monitor settings
  • switching from/to ion settings based on trigger line
  • dedicated smog and cluster size monitoring
  • more printouts for better debugging

The corresponding updates to the monitoring algorithms can be found in Rec!4263.
