Update FTMon

This MR updates the SciFi cluster monitoring algorithms (used in FTMon) to the version used in the final days of 2024 data taking. The exact code running during the data-taking can be found in !4369 targeting 2024-patches for archiving, while in this MR additional improvements are included, which are:

  • Remove GaudiHistAlgo, as originally done in 66d94e03
  • Make ColType Gaudi parsable

The corresponding MooreOnline changes can be found in MooreOnline!555.
