Sequence to reconstruct and monitor simulated data from RICH in DD4HEP

This contains the python sequence to run the reconstruction of tracking and RICH from simulated data in digi files. It also contains the script to activate the creation of PID ntuple. The code for creating the PID ntuple is in Rec!4181. This has been tested on DD4HEP simulated data. Any related information is available, if needed.
