Update ProbeAndLongMatcher to check for overlap in the Muon detector if it is not stored with the lhcbIDs

Developed in the context of tracking efficiency studies to check the overlap between the probe muon and a long track in different subdetectors. While the old version relied on the MuonIDs to check overlap in the Muon detector to be saved in the track->lhcbIDs(), this also allows for them to be stored separately. cc @peilian
