Use run 3 detectors

Removing obsolete detectors from Phys and replacing with run 3 detectors wherever possible. See lhcb-dpa/project#18.

Changes:

  • MicroDST/MicroDSTTools/src/TrackClonerWithClusters.cpp, MicroDST/MicroDSTTools/src/TrackClonerWithClusters.h : Velo-> VP, ST->UT, OT->FT (roughly)
  • Phys/DaVinciMCKernel/Kernel/MC2Collision.h, Phys/DaVinciMCKernel/src/Lib/MC2Collision.cpp : ST->UT, OT->FT
  • Phys/GenericVertexFinder/CMakeLists.txt, Phys/GenericVertexFinder/src/JetVertexAlg.cpp : velo -> VP. Finding the beamline no longer works with VP. Needs a revision. @wouter
  • Remove Phys/DaVinciMCKernel/Kernel/IHepMC2MC.h to go with Analysis!747 (merged)

Depends on LHCb!2804 (merged)
